Elon Musk appreciates your support. Here he is making a perfectly normal gesture of greeting, one I'm sure you do everyday because of how perfectly normal it is.

Is this for real? Is this jerk actually proposing as a reasonable possibility taking Greenland by force? The "dominant predator" comment doesn't help in reducing my fears. If Trump in fact takes Greenland by force, (Denmark would almost certainly not sell Greenland, and I doubt the majority of it's inhabitants would ever vote to become part of the US for the foreseeable future), this would likely break NATO, which may be Trump's aim in fact. Putin would be pleased and of the course the Europeans would know they cannot count on the US anymore.

And as a Canadian a forcible take over of Greenland would absolutely terrify me, concerning the fate of my own country.

So are we going back to old fashion 19th century imperialism?

Trump spoke of manifest destiny and of expanding the US so I think there's a non zero risk for Greenland and Panama but Canada is perfectly safe
 
hopefully when the mass round ups and deportations of mexicans start we can finally move past the hitler comparisons

Normalizing fascism and Nazism, one weird incident at a time.

Reminds me of an Instagram post I saw in 2016. Paraphrased: "Repeated warnings from my grandmother, who survived Hitler's Germany, scare me. She said it all started this way, with one weird incident after another, until we were past the point of no return."

I'm sure there were plenty people pretending to be clueless in the 1930s in Hitler's Germany, too.
 
it's pretty stupid of Trump to continue to promise so much he will never be able to achieve, given that he already is in office and will never have to run again (because he will be declared Emperor for Eternity by the SC).
 
I was relieved to discover that Facebook isn't really forcing people to follow Trump, those who found that they were unknowingly following him apparently had been following POTUS accounts that carried over to the new administration.
