True, and for most people this would be a deterrent, because for most it would entail some cost. There has always been at least a little down side to nuisance suits, if the person suing ends up with costs, or if it's so egregious that the court declares barratry and throws them out unheard. But we are in a new age, where incompetence is ingenuity, confusion clever, insanity wisdom. For Trump there is no cost, and even if it's an instant failure, he gets to talk nonsense about the crooked justice system, so I don't think there's a downside even when the suit is so preposterous and false that it barely happens at all.

They keep running this same play over and over again. Evidence of election rigging is coming this week or in the next two weeks for about a decade now.
