GM makes military vehicles, not weapons. I rather doubt they would get into rocketry. Maybe the missile carrier vehicles, but not the missiles themselves.

Apropos of nothing in particular, GM owned North American Aviation during WWII. They built the P-51 Mustang. Unfortunately that's part of Boeing now.
