This is not how air travel works!
International airlines have landing slots negotiated with specific airports, and airports in red states have limits on landing slots and could not take many diverted flights.
The end result would be mass flight cancellations and travel chaos.

Sen. Jim Banks: "I think it's a great idea, blocking international flights into sanctuary cities that are harboring illegal immigrants. Send those international flights to red state cities and the country will be safer and better off for it. I think Secretary Mullin is on to something here. This is a good idea to punish those cities."

So international travellers who want to go to those 'sanctuary cities' for business or pleasure will I assume be compensated by the Federal government for all the money they wasted? And aren't some of those cities World Cup venues? Great idea when US tourism already struggling.
 
At her Substack Rasmussen Retorts Dr. Angela Rasmussen compared and contrasted Marco Rubio's 2014 and 2026 stances regarding how best to control an outbreak of the Ebola virus:

I agree with 1, 2, 4, and 5. However, Rubio doesn’t seem to anymore, considering his 2026 stance can be summarized by his statement at yesterday’s Cabinet meeting: “we cannot and will not allow any cases of Ebola to enter the United States.”"

Sure. All those arduous cabinet meetings, where a constant supply of nauseating sycophancy has to be provided or he'll literally fall asleep without the stimulation of constant praise to hold his attention. All those meetings with the press where the slightest hint of a less-than-softball question gets "Who are you with?" and some stupid abuse before ignoring the question and moving on. Future generations will gape in horrified amazement and frank disbelief that this was real.

I think the main benefit of Trump Accounts is that you get to lie about how much you have in there, either billions or next to nothing depending on who's asking, and it's basically fine.

Pretty sure that's how it works.
