Yeah, that's gonna be their story going forward. "We haven't cut services, we cut fraud. Therefore if your services were cut it was because you were committing fraud. Shame on you."

Now please ignore the fact that the President is signing pardons for rich people who committed actual fraud on both regular people and the Government.
 
Despite the conflict with Venezuela, who no longer has a navy, no longer has an air force, no longer has a lot of people that were leading the country into very bad places and their leadership is gone.
