Trump's Second Term

Trump: Barack Hussein Obama, his EPA designated fossil fuels such as oil, gas, and other things that actually make factories use rock 'N' roll—as a threat to health. This determination had no basis in fact. Fossil fuels have saved millions of lives

Trump: Fossil fuels have saved millions of lives. You see it with blackouts all over, where they don't use it, where they went to intermittent wind. People are dying because there was no air-conditioning, or there was no heating, lots of other bad things happen.

Blithering ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ idiot.

I've given up on trying to find rhyme or reason to the things he does. Remember, he tore down a third of the White House for a ballroom that he now seems to have forgotten about as he wants a massive stadium instead. So he had a large part of one of the most iconic buildings in America torn down for a vanity project that he now seems to have decided he doesn't want after all. That's the kind of ruler the USA has right now.
I get it. We don't know. Still, the the Moroun family who owns the Ambassador Bridge donated $700,000 to Trump’s campaign directly and almost $400,000 to the Republican party. They have spent millions over the years doing everything in their power to keep their monopoly in tact. And this money we know of. We know the Moroun's have spent millions in legal fees for more than 40 suits over the years.

The Ambassador bridge is that family's cash cow. The bridge generates about a half a billion dollars annually in tolls. (Impossible to say how much profit since the company that owns the bridge is a private company.) But estimates are between 65 and 100 million every year. The new Gordie Howe bridge is certain to cut that revenue stream by 60%.

Trump: "Effective immediately, we are terminating all green emissions standards imposed unnecessarily on vehicle models and engines between 2012 and 2027 and beyond"

Trump: "If you look at some of these cars, they didn't even work. They had computers all over the place trying to save half an ounce of fuel. We have fuel for the next 500 to 1,000 years under our feet."

Does this genius realize automakers aren't going to re-engineer based on relaxed regulations that will surely be re-implemented? Also too, there's a world market out there where manufacturers would like to sell cars.

Most American car owners do not want giant, expensive, smoke-belching gas-guzzlers as their daily drive. They want comfortable, quiet, affordable cars that are frugal to run and won't Zyklon-B your garage while taking the kids to school or going shopping. That's not what Trump is advocating.

In answer to your question: No, Trump has no idea and doesn't give a ◊◊◊◊ about Mr and Mrs America. He gets ferried round in golf-carts (electric), or helicopters and jets (avgas). Screw you, he's got his.

"We have an almost infinite amount of clean coal! We'll have flying cars that run on clean coal! Everyone will have their own personal blimp full of clean coal instead of that dirty helium!"

Next, he'll order the oil companies to put lead back into gasoline.
