You're right Kash, the DoJ didn't have probable cause it had actual cause. It had been established that TACO had stolen sensitive, confidential and top secret documents and was storing at least some of them at Mar a Lardo (hence why there were months long negotiations with him to return them before the raid) and as alast ditch measure to ensure said documents weren't shared with America's enemies (a closing the stable doore after the horse bolted situation) the squalid dump was raided.
