Trump's Second Term

Wait, Steve Bannon still exists? I'd completely forgotten about him.
Unfortunately, your ability to forget about Bannon is irrelevant. He keeps spewing his propagandistic lies, hate and idology and it surely will be received by susceptible people.

Drip Drip Drip.... Constant dripping wears away the stone.
Although, this is not dripping anymore. More like constant stream.

"Firehose of Falsehood" would seem to be an appropriate term.

ETA: From that link, incidentally -

Steve Bannon, Trump's 2016 presidential campaign CEO and chief strategist during the first seven months of Trump's first presidency, said that the press, rather than Democrats, was Trump's primary adversary and "the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with ◊◊◊◊."

Q: Can you explain what's going on with the bandages on Trump's hand?

LEAVITT: We've given you an explanation. The president is literally constantly shaking hands

Curious. How many handshakes do you suppose he manages in a day, Karoline? Would you say he had a plethora of handshakes?

Whenever we see him, he's half asleep while fawning idiots flatter him with toe-curling praise. I guess he must be shaking hands all the time we don't look at him. Like those weeping angels from Dr Who. Whenever you look at him he instantly stops shaking hands and nods off.

he's that frail that mere handshakes are destroying his hand into a bruised mess is preferable to admitting to whatever thing it is that's actually wrong with him

No, you see, he's shaking hands tens of thousands of times a day, every day. Any mere mortal would have nothing left but a bloody stump.
