Trump's Second Term

All taking it in turns to fluff. Donald must have summoned them to gis presence.

Not a cult

All the congratulations should go to President Trump.

His relationship with President Xi set the tone for a meeting built on mutual respect and understanding.

President Trump is commanding respect around the world like no other lea
der.

I bet this ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ has no problem paying for groceries.

Or maybe he never has to buy any.

Definitely never had to buy groceries, cook, plan for meals, neither has he any idea of what actually needs to be in a pantry in order to properly feed and keep a family in decent health.

Besides, like all politicians the world over who love to blame the poor for their poverty, he's carefully avoiding the elephant in the room, i.e. how comes there are so many people in need of food assistance in the richest, most powerful, "best planet on earth" ?

Watters: Trump had the upper hand from the start. He made sure to win the body language battle at the first handshake. Xi kept looking down at his papers. Trump staring him straight in the eyes.

The reason Xi doesn't look him in the eyes is that he'd burst out laughing if he did … Those clowns are so ignorant of what diplomacy and body language are that they're unable to see the obvious contempt Xi (and most other leaders) is holding for the orange braggart.

The Democrats!

Bessent: China said they were going to put a rare-earth licensing regim on the entire world. And President Trump as the leader of the free world got this delayed by one year.

The colloquial label "leader of the free world" became popular during the cold war, both to describe the US and, more usually, its president.

It's not a job title with a badge. Like respect, it's a title that's earned.

Is there anyone outside the US who feels Trump is the leader of the free world? Perhaps more pointedly, is there anyone in a NATO country other than the US who thinks so?

I never even accepted America as the "leader of the free world" as far back as the 80s. Correct me if I am wrong...didn't it become popular during the Reagan era?

CBS Evening News under Bari Weiss: Top story is Prince Andrew stripped of his titles. WHO THE ◊◊◊◊ CARES??? Later, two feel-good stories to warm your heart and make you forget about what Schitler is doing to rape your family.

Bari Weiss thinks Andrew is more important than feeding your family.
Oh dear, Bari will be getting her P45 if she carries on with such stuff. Even indirect lèse masesté is enough for TACO to order your firing.

I think it pre-dates that.

Just had a look on Wikipedia and it says it goes back to WW2, at least to the propaganda film "Why we fight". But it became popularised in the '50s.
