Trump's Second Term

... I'm letting them know right now that when they come into our country we can expect to see them bring in with them some very talented people that have been doing it for many years
Is that what you told all those Koreans before you raided their new factory and flung them all in jail? Do you think they will believe you a second time?

... I have the best poll numbers I've ever had.

Minus 17% and falling.

Below Trump 1.0, far below Biden, so far below Obama you'd probably tap the gauge and ask "is this thing on?".
Literally the lowest approval at any point while he's been in office, and the deluded emperor thinks it's the best poll numbers he's ever had. At least so far we're spared the spectacle of the invisible emperor's new clothes, but how far away can that level of delusion be?

Trump: "Do you know that if I weren't elected president in my opinion every automobile company in the United States would be either bankrupt or very close to it, and instead they are hitting record highs. It's all because of tariffs."

He does this a lot. Have you noticed? It's his standard disclaimer, and they must have trained him hard to get him to do it so reliably.

"Sir, we discussed this. Remember? If you're going to lie, say it's your opinion. Then they can't fact check you. It's not a claim of fact, it's just a crazy old man's I mean it just your opinion."

SCHWARZENEGGER: "In a state like Massachusetts, 40% voted for Trump... the Republican party has 0 representatives sent to the House. In New Mexico, 45% of the people voted for Trump... and 0 is sent to the House."

So, he's for proportional representation ??

Also, in what world is New Mexico gerrymandered. The 3 districts are, north, south, and greater Albuquerque.

If it was up to him it would never re open.
While the House is closed Donald csn do what he wants unchecked..

RAJU: Why not bring members back to DC to do the work they're elected to do?

MIKE JOHNSON: We're evaluating this day by day. The House did its work. House Republicans are doing some of the most meaningful work of their careers. I don't want to pull them away from it.

I think the degree of compensatory self agrandisation suggests very strongly that Stormy spoke truth.
She must have been exaggerating quite wildly, is what I think, based on all the monuments he is raising to himself. I mean, an arch if triumph with a winged victory? If she was telling the truth, a nice Tesler or two, where everything is computer, some gold leaf putti here and the adulation he himself and others shower him with, would surely have been enough.

He seems to be a black hole. Nothing is enough. No grudge too miniscule to hold, no praise ever immense enough to satisfy, no violence in word and deed towards his percieved enemies ever too excessive. The man is a monster.

Best the doctors have ever seen!

Reporter: Did you get an MRI?

Trump: I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect. Yeah… nobody has given you reports like I have given you. The doctors said some of the best reports they have ever seen.

I once had the best ECG trace the doctor had seen. Snag is it was a near perfect demonstration of of atrial fibrillation and that hospital kept it to show to students...

Also, when I had a coronary angiogram, it showed my coronary arteries were those of someone much younger. Snag there is that this doesn't show cardiomyopathy...

The cardiomyopathy showed up perfectly on other imaging.

So, The Donald, I too have had "perfect" test results.

He saved the motor industry

Trump: "Do you know that if I weren't elected president in my opinion every automobile company in the United States would be either bankrupt or very close to it, and instead they are hitting record highs. It's all because of tariffs."
The brands may have got some support, but maga voters only buy American anyway.

No one may be elected to the US presidency a third time, according to the 22nd amendment of the US constitution.

Some have suggested that one way around this prohibition would be for Trump to stand as vice-president, while another candidate stood for president but then resigned, letting Trump as the No 2 step up and again assume the presidency.

Opponents have disputed whether this would be legal.
Guardian story.

Ask Roberts, he will say it is perfectly legal.

Apparently it takes a lot to fill the hole where a soul should be.

My scarred retinas are such perfect examples of chorioretinitis in someone with congenital toxoplasmosis, that I've made several national tours to be fêted by ophthalmology students. "Perfect", they have sighed, while they've reverently whispered "up to your left" and "down to your right" (not even hesitating when I seemed not to understand the left and right stuff, only rapidly following my lead), "absolutely perfect, no one has ever had such perfect scarring!"

So that makes at least three of us with perfectly bad results!

He may not know percenrages, but Trump put the star in the star hole! Genius!

Exams he "decided to take" at Walter Reed.

I am sure AOC will have difficulty pointing at an elephant.

Trump: AOC is low IQ. If you give her an IQ test, have her pass like the exams that I decided to take when I was at Walter Reed. Those are very hard… They're really aptitude tests, in a certain way, but they're cognitive tests. Let AOC go against Trump.

I SOOO want to see this. Let them get together in a room and have a test administered by an independent expert. She should challenge him to that immediately.
