Trump's Second Term

jackass inserts himself into club world cup celebration
He also appears to have stolen the trophy.

Donald Trump’s most loyal followers are turning on him—and setting their red MAGA hats on fire— over a government memo claiming that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide and left behind no secret “client list.” The MAGA world is not buying it.

A fierce backlash is tearing through Donald Trump’s base after the Department of Justice and FBI released a memo declaring that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide in 2019, not murder, and that no secret “client list” ever existed. This official statement crushed long-held conspiracy theories that many Trump supporters believed.

The MAGA world is not buying it. For many in Trump’s base, who saw Epstein as a key to exposing elite corruption, this was the final straw.

“We need to burn our MAGA hats, I think that’s a solution. That’s the only language Trump will understand. He needs to be abandoned at this point,” said Nick Fuentes, a far-right podcaster and white nationalist, in a clip that quickly spread across X. “The message needs to be this: ‘We’re done, we don’t understand. The radical right is f—ing furious. We are done.’”

Today, Attorney General Pamela Bondi, in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), declassified and publicly released files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his sexual exploitation of over 250 underage girls at his homes in New York and Florida, among other locations. The first phase of declassified files largely contains documents that have been previously leaked but never released in a formal capacity by the U.S. Government.

“This Department of Justice is following through on President Trump’s commitment to transparency and lifting the veil on the disgusting actions of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “The first phase of files released today sheds light on Epstein’s extensive network and begins to provide the public with long overdue accountability.”

“The FBI is entering a new era—one that will be defined by integrity, accountability, and the unwavering pursuit of justice,”
said FBI Director Kash Patel. “There will be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left unturned — and anyone from the prior or current Bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued. If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to the American people as it should be. The oath we take is to the Constitution, and under my leadership, that promise will be upheld without compromise.”

Attorney General Bondi requested the full and complete files related to Jeffrey Epstein. In response, the Department received approximately 200 pages of documents, however, the Attorney General was later informed of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein that were not previously disclosed. The Attorney General has requested the FBI deliver the remaining documents to the Department by 8:00 AM on February 28 and has tasked FBI Director Kash Patel with investigating why the request for all documents was not followed.

The Department remains committed to transparency and intends to release the remaining documents upon review and redaction to protect the identities of Epstein’s victims.

Im corcerned we've reached a point where people will declare any sort of list a phony if it doesn't name anyone they have personal hate toward.

This is how you hold a military parade:

France is celebrating Bastille Day with nationwide festivities commemorating the 1789 storming of the Bastille prison, a pivotal moment in the French Revolution.

In Paris, the celebration features 7,000 participants marching along the Champs-Elysees, including troops and armoured vehicles, followed by fighter jet flyovers and a spectacular drone light show at the Eiffel Tower.

The holiday showcases revolutionary spirit and military prowess. The parade beneath the Arc de Triomphe began with President Emmanuel Macron reviewing troops and relighting the eternal flame. Each uniform carries symbolic elements, particularly the distinctive French Foreign Legion contingent with their bearded troops wearing leather aprons and carrying axes.

In his Bastille Day speech, Macron highlighted growing global threats and announced increased military spending.

Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto was the guest of honour this year as 200 Indonesian drummers joined the parade. The visit is expected to yield agreements on French military equipment purchases, including Rafale jets. Finnish, Belgian, and Luxembourg troops also participated, reflecting the event’s increasingly international character.

Special guests included Fousseynou Samba Cisse, a French man who received a personal invitation from Macron after rescuing two babies from a burning apartment. The holiday period also featured prestigious awards, with this year’s Legion of Honour recipients including Gisele Pelicot, who became a symbol for sexual violence victims during a high-profile trial.

Why would this surprise anyone? It's not like Trump ever misses a chance to be the center of attention regardless of now inappropriate it is.
Yes, it's not news that Trump is a big baby and a thief, it's just another example.

(Also, big pics, shemp!!)

Because of course, what else would the AG for the most corrupt administration ever do?

Attorney General Pam Bondi fired the ethics director at the Department of Justice on Friday, removing the staff in charge of advising her and other officials on how to navigate conflicts of interest.

Why it matters: The ethics director was fired on the same day that Bondi dismissed more than 20 employees involved in various investigations of President Donald Trump, reflecting an ongoing purge of personnel at the department.
Context: On Monday, former director Joseph Tirrell confirmed on LinkedIn that he had been fired from the position without being given a reason for his removal.

  • Tirrell has worked for the DOJ for 16 years, and became director of the departmental ethics office in July of 2023, according to his official staff profile.
  • In the LinkedIn post, Tirrell said he was responsible for "ensuring that the 117,000 Department employees were properly advised on and supported in how to follow the Federal employee ethics rules."
  • The Department of Justice declined to comment on why Tirrell was dismissed.
