Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

According to their manager. This is why I commented they should have had their papers on them in that case like I had to do. I suspect they don't have any.

The manager is probably covering himself because knowingly hiring illegals is itself against the law.
That is possible, but one can hardly declare "fake news" on that basis. Also, if the manager were lying to cover himself, why wouldn't he say that they all had their papers?

As I'm reading the somewhat ambiguous wording, the seven arrested didn't have their paperwork physically on them when the ICE raided? Working at a car wash, I can understand not physically carrying stuff on you, and it's not like ICE gives you opportunity to get your stuff together.
It's their fault for not having waterproof paperwork

Disappointing, really. I think we are still in the low six figures of the number of illegals who have been deported. I was hoping we would be high into the seven figures, possibly into the eight figures by now.

There's always hope
he will activate more National Guard, reserves and even active duty military to help with the effort.
They are trained judges and clerks of the court?

Kristi Noem personally joined ICE in Chicago for a raid—but arrests U.S. citizen by mistake.

He was woken up by an explosion—that literally blew the doors off his house.

Agents handcuff him and feature him in propaganda video—which they released even after arrest was proven to be a mistake.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem shared the video on social media of four men—including Joe Botello—being dragged out of his house.

Neither the video nor her message admits that Joe Botello is a U.S. citizen—who they were forced to release.

The ICE raid occurred in the Chicago suburb of Elgin, Illinois

My wife and I were driving through Elgin Sunday. There were numerous cars with Mexican flags and hood wraps for the upcoming Independence Day celebrations, and I remarked they might want to tone that down because ice will be visiting due to the large Hispanic population there.

Totally in line with their authoritarian agenda and desire to turn the USA into a police state, DHS is threatening to arrest anyone found recording ICE activity.

They claim the simple act of recording them is an act of violence.

Of course the Constitution disagrees, and so do federal courts. But I don't think that will matter.

Just one more step towards tyranny.

Posts like this is where it was always heading. They don't care about due process, they don't care about the trampling of Constitutional rights, and they never did. Any pretense otherwise was just that.

It's because they're fascists and they always were. They just feel emboldened to let the mask slip now.

Respecting the rights of the accused is not the point. Bogative just wants the brown people gone, and if he has to use one person's crime to hold thousands of others accountable, he'll do it. Of course, he would never dream of doing the same for a bunch of white people, but racism is not designed to make sense.

I don't think some of them even know where their masks are anymore, other than the cowardly ice agents.

Racism doesn't make sense on a lot of levels; it is designed to make the racists comfortable.

Trump's fascist immigration polices are Making Cocaine Great Again:

Oseguera caught another break from the Trump administration. The president’s campaign to deport immigrants in the U.S. illegally has taken federal agents away from drug-traffic interdiction. In Arizona, two Customs and Border Protection checkpoints along a main fentanyl-smuggling corridor from Mexico have been left unstaffed. Officers stationed there were sent to process detained migrants. A senior administration official said the U.S. border is more secure than it has ever been.

Colombia is producing records amounts of cocaine, and the volume of the drug arriving in the U.S. is driving down prices, the people familiar with cartel operations said.

Cocaine prices have fallen by nearly half to around $60 to $75 a gram compared with five years ago, said Morgan Godvin, a researcher with the community organization Drug Checking Los Angeles. “The price of pure cocaine has plummeted,” Godvin said.

We saw the same issue with Trump 1.0.

The fascism fluffers will tell you it's about "keeping America safe" but the data refutes that claim.

It is and always was about persecuting brown people.
