This woman deserved everything she got. Stupid bitch.


ETA: Before people start complaining that I consider this woman worse than Hitler or something I say she deserved what she got because she was assaulting a barrier, while rioting and being belligerent, while there were armed cops who were sworn to protect the people she was trying to get at beyond the barrier and she knew that. She didn't "deserve to die" because she was evil, she did because she attacked a position defended by men with guns. Just like someone who runs at armed police brandishing a knife. Suicide by cop, I believe they call it.

SHe was also part of an armed mob engaged in an act of insurrection agianst a legally elected government. SHe was basicallly waging war agianst the United States. Do that, expect lethel force to be used.

I was surprised seeing it, I would have thought they’d have a very short inactivity lock out.

But I wouldn’t criticise anyone for not having the presence of mind to lock their ‘station when they are being told to evacuate due to armed rioters entering the building.

Come to think of it they may not even have been at their desk when the call came. I suspect that since 9/11 they will have had it drummed into them that when you are told to evacuate you go NOW!.

Exactly right, you beat me to it. I'm not celebrating her death, but I'm not crying over it either. And I'd have precisely the same reaction if the mob was BLM, or JDL, or whoever.
 
I just was remkinded that Garland was active in the prosecution of McVeigh amd the unibomber so has expereince in dealing with radical crackpots.The arrested Insurrectionists had best get themselves a damn good lawyer.

My argument seems to be that she was shot to attempt to stop harm from coming to the people who this officer was tasked with protecting.

Where has Cruz been the last 4 years?
 
I have come to the opinion that police rules of engagement need to change such that police can not open fire unless fired upon.

However, there would need to be exceptions, what happened two days ago would be one of those exceptions.

Correct, Ted- the right way to bring us together and promote healing during a time of deep national division is how you did it a few months back (Daily Mail):
These are violent leftists, many of them are anarchists, some of them are affiliated with Antifa the national terrorist organization, some are affiliated with the group called Black Lives Matter which is founded by and is run by open Marxists - people who are calling for a Marxist government in the United States.

The actual organization denominated Black Lives Matter was created by avowed Marxists pursuing a radical agenda including defunding police departments across the country and that agenda, if implemented, would have the consequence of a great many more Black lives being lost.

I'm totally in favor of impeaching every treasonous, insurrectionist Democratic president. Insurrection is bad. Presidents take an oath of office that says that they should not do that.
