Trump - would bring back waterboarding and implement other torture techniques

You're delusional if you think that there are no minorities who will be voting for Trump. Some polls indicate that he has the support of approximately 25% of the black community (and this bears out my personal experience talking with blacks here in Los Angeles). Additionally, I know many Hispanics who will be voting for Trump.

Man, that is some rreally strong stuff you have been smoking.

A poll taken by SurveyUSA did show Trump polling 25% against most Democratic candidates. There was an interesting article in the Washington Post about it. First, the sampling size was 100 and second, apparently it was a robophone survey where the respondents self-identified as being African-American.

Other issues with the poll were, Trump got a much greater showing of support from black voters in the SurveyUSA poll than he did in other polls. In a Quinnipiac poll Trump received 3% support from African-Americans and 10% in a Fox poll (George W. Bush's 11% share of black votes in 2004 was a recent high). The other caveat is, early polling for Presidential races are notoriously unreliable.

Perhaps the biggest caveat is this: Hillary Clinton (or Bernie Sanders) hasn't campaigned against Donald Trump yet.

Given that none of the people who cooked up the legal justification for it the last time around were ever punished (hell, one of them even landed himself a job as a judge), who is to say it couldn't be done again?
