Has Trump provided the details of these items?
How long will the term limits be? Do the eliminated regulations need to be related to the new regulation in any way? Can 10 new regulations that have nothing to do with each other be bundled into a single regulation? Has public safety been defined - is OSHA part of public safety or part of worker safety? If the CIA has to hire a bunch of translators, does that fall under public safety? What happens if new data indicates a pressing need for a government regulation to limit the levels of a specific toxic chemical in industrial waste and no one can agree on which two regulations should be eliminated?
