I took that from someone on Reddit, and while I believe Trump has said similar things, a cursory search didn't show that being a Trump quote. And reading it at the time I couldn't tell if it was or not.

I have no agenda for starting this. Trump has a unique way of speaking that has been commented on or imitated by many in a joking manner and I thought this would be mildly entertaining.

I wouldn't say Trump's way of speaking is unique. Seems quite common among the repeatedly concussed.

That has got to be about the most screwed-up campaign pledge in American history and Trump was the one who made it.
