LIHOP = Let it happen on purpose. This is the CT claim that the administration knew of the attacks but purposefully did nothing to prevent them. This is usually used as a fall-back position for CTists rather than an actively advocated scenario.

MIHOP=Make it happen on purpose. This is the CT claim that the administration conducted the attacks themselves.

KIAS - knots indicated airspeed (like mph but with 6000 feet)
KCAS - knots calabrated airspeed
KTAS - knots true airspeed
tolt - a total dolt
NO JOY - I can not find the traffic ATC is pointing out
ANGELS - altitude
TALLY HO - I have traffic in sight
POPEYE - can not see I am in the clouds

Just wanted to chime in to say that I find MIHOP to be the most redundant acronym of all time. The MIH sort of implies the OP, don't you think? That's always bothered me.
