Not really, You would only need explosives on one level to get the upper portion moving, once its moving nothing is going to stop it. Remember in CD the explosives are only there to get the building moving, not to break it apart. Gravity does most of the work, just like what happened at the WTC, once the building was moving, it wasn't stopping til it hit the ground.

That's why we need the eccentric billionaire on our team. We'll have to run multiple versions of the test, with various arrangements of explosives and timings.

Only if the check is shaped like an NWO-class submarine. That's the secret shape this month for all NWO transactions paid by check, as you know. Last month, checks were shaped like Twin Spheroids. This month it's submarines. February is of course one-handed pretzel makers. Gosh those NWO spooks are good. Just when the crinimuls figure out how to fake an NWO check, they change the shape. Gosh.
