Time and Such

Went to bed at around 5:00-6:00... when i woke up the first time it was around 11:00 (I later found it was 10:30)...

The second time I woke up, I'm positive I saw 4 - something on the clock... It was around 4:00-4:30

Now, when I woke up it was 1:30!!! WTF???

And I looked at two clocks! They both read 1:00 something when I got up... it was raining and the sky was about as dark as it was at 4:00, and I distinctly remember fearing going back to sleep because I was going to miss the Greek Festival (June 5, 6th, 7th, 8th), and I'd go even in the rain!!!

How did I confuse the time? I definetly wasn't dreaming, because when I got up the first time, it wasn't raining, and when I had the "4:00" experience, it was... and when I woke up the third time, it was 1:30-1:45

I feel like I'm going crazy. And I'm looking at my computer's clock now, and it's definetly June 7th, Yesterday was June 6th...

Dude, are you here in Tallahassee? It's been raining non-stop since last night.

Is the Greek Festival this weekend? I could dig some of that food...

What kind of clocks? Digital or analogue? 12 or 24 hour?

DIGITAL! And it was a 12 hr clock.

It could not have been 4:00 in the morning because of the color of the sky. Plus I was UP at 4:00 in the morning.

It was all in the same day...

I also had it happen to me today too... but I forgot the times...

Yes, it is. Today was the last day. :(

It's usually June 1,2,3,4 or 5,6,7,8. It's part of a fund-raiser by this Greek-Orthodox Church (at least that's what I think they are) nearby. They make the most delicious Tsatziki Sauce! That, by the way- is the key gyro ingredient.

How do you know you didn't dream waking up at 4:00?

I considered that. A Hypnaggoggic state (sp?).

The problem is it happened to me today again too! And this time I was fighting with a person. When I saw the first time. When I saw the second time, I got up, I mentioned... "what happened to the time"... and I was telling them "remember when we we're fighting earlier...?

They did.

What the f*ck is wrong with me?

These people are messing with you.

You must have recently raised your energy state to a dangerously high level - this can be done by worrying too much, eating Doritos, sitting under pyramids or excessive masturbation. Your muon count has peaked, dislocating your corporeal prescence from the regular chrono-stream. You need help!

Fortunately, I can sell you a very rare time grounding strap (not to be confused with an anti-static wrist strap, which it closely resembles) which will anchor you in your current timeline. Made of pure Chronium, go to sleep with this baby on (with the crocodile clip firmly attached to the bedpost) and I guarantee there will be no more time-slips for you. Only $99!

Maybe a couple blackouts happened when you were sleeping and both clocks were resetted?

My thoughts exactly -- although usually when they reset they do one of two things:

The time stays stuck at 12:00 and the numbers blink, or

They continue to keep time, but the numbers blink.

I would guess nearsightedness. That causes me to misinterpret the time. (4 looks like 1, and vice-versa.)
