No mention of the Cammora (the most powerful criminal organisation on the planet)?

Don't know about the Planet, but some experts on organized Crime think the Cammora (the Neapolitian equivilent of La Costra Nostra) now has more power in the Italian underworld then The Sicilian Mafia.
