Folks, remember Dfoot once cut-and-pasted Patty over a pic and said it was his Patty suit. Footers quickly claimed to have found problems, tell-tale signs of a costume and differences with Patty ("too skinny" was one of them IIRC). When it was revealed (by himself?) what it actually was, they exploded in to rage and called him a hoaxer. Not even Patty looks like Patty. Especially when they are already informed its not Patty.
You can waste money making an exact replica of the costume and the movie. It will be useless. Footers will say the hair will be too long, too short, boobs too up, too down, different number of footsteps, mouth not moving, not looked back exactly like Patty, its not the same color, same sheen, whatever.
PGF status among bigfootery depends on it being... PGF. The ultimate piece of evidence, because bigfootery high clergy knows the actual ultimate evidence - a specimen - will never appear. They already know there can be only one Patty. So, PGF must keep its status. A perfect replica of a Gemora gorilla suit, filmed under the very same conditions would also not do it. Footers already know its a fake and will spot (or create) differences. A new hoax? No way, since bigfootery evidence must be produced an/or approved by bigfootery high clergy.
Bottomline is- Patty is an unsinkable rubber bigfoot for footers. Remember, for some, even a confession by the remaining hoaxer would not do the trick. They "know" what they saw; the confession is a fake, its just an old man's reaction, at last broken by the pressure of evil skeptics, the gubn'mint, NWO, Joos, maintream scientists, mining and logging lobbies...
