I am not surprised there was not a thread.
I would bet it will show up in campaign ads and it should.
As I mentioned in the etch-a-sketch it was as if President Obama told him and inadvertanly the voting public that when the election is over he can shake the etch-a-sketch.

One might make the case that what the president told him was that any negotiations that would result in his signature currently have a time limit of 10 months to be completed and on his desk.

After the election (if he wins) he will have four years to work out the details of any arrangement- giving him greater flexibility.

There's only one reason he can't say or do something before the election, and that's because he's afraid of what it will do to him or his party.


That's fraud. He should resign. In fact, all politicians should resign seconds after they take their oath of office. At best, no new laws will get passed. Which is best, so there is no at worst.

Or because something this important in foreign policy would be damaged if it were caught up in the circus which surrounds an election, and even if Obama loses it would be best left to his predecessor to sort out once it's not going to be used in the mud slinging? Not a possibility?
