No evidence, no double blind tests and I would wager that most of these "cured diseases" would have gone away anyhow, either as a result of other REAL medication or time.

For starters... because none of these homeopaths have ever scientifically demonstrated that the concoctions contained in all of those pretty little boxes are anything other than magic pixy dust.

I would simply ask for proof of the content and proof of the cures.

That will almost certainly end the conversation.

No, because it is anecdotal evidence from a biased party under non-controlled conditions.

No, not if a homeopath said it, because they have a vested interest in an affirmative answer.

If a team of medical doctors said it, and had their tests peer-reviewed and published, then I would take that as a data point towards believing it. And if that happened numerous times, then eventually enough evidence will be amassed so that it will be less reasonable to not believe it than it is to believe it.

At that point, I will believe it.
Because that's the process every other medical statement I believe in has undergone.
