Sorry James B. and Pat, but it looks like you were wrong.
Joe Rogan (huge pot-head) was on Alex Jones today, and I was glad to hear that he wouldn't swallow the "truther" line about the 9/11 attacks being an inside job. He was on the show for like 3 hours and I found him to be a pretty smart/rational guy. He wouldn't fully commit to the inside job story even after constant attempts from Bermas and AJ to spew dis-info at him. I will be sending Joe an e-mail with some links to the "Hardfire" debate with Loose Change and a link to "9/11 deniers speak". You can e-mail him too at JoeRogan.net. He goes off on his experiences with DMT and a lot of other crazy stuff, but all around he seemed to be the anti-douche on the show today......and that's a little refreshing.

You can catch him on the Infowars refeed but I just can't bring myself to link anything that brings attention to Alex Jones sites in here.

Thank you Joe Rogan! Thank you for setting a good example for hooter heads around the globe. You can also see what Rogan thinks of Alex Jones CT's here:http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=GO_J5AXxfE0
pretty funny stuff:D

Did Rogan talk about the moon landings at all?

Not all "heads" are "Truthers". But most "Truthers" are "heads".:D

So what you are saying, is all we have to do is "hide the weed" if we want to get rid of the TM?

TAM:)

Pat, That brought back to me the line in your blog post today:
I did bring out a couple of the signs. I had my "Let's Roll" shirt (authorized by the Todd Beamer Foundation), and I came up with a pretty good riff on that. On one side, I had "When Americans Say Let's Roll, They Mean:" with pictures of Todd Beamer, Jeremy Glick and Mark Bingham. On the reverse, I wrote, "When Truthers Say Let's Roll, They Mean:" with a picture of a guy smoking a joint.
Best laughs I got all day....though I was, unfortunately, drinking a soft drink at the time...which reminds me, you owe me $1.49 for the paper towels I had to buy to clean Mountain Dew from my monitor....twice!!!:p:p;)

Rogan openly admits to being high during every single episode of Fear Factor.

Yeah man, you should listen in on the refeed. He seems pretty enlightened man, and for some reason I got a hankering for some DMT now.:D

If you think he seems enlightened, you should hear him ramble about Apollo.

Yeah, I haven't heard everything he has said. I just think it was cool that he didn't say "yes, yes, yes, Alex your so right about everything your saying" like all the other guest he has on. So far he's the least gullible pot head on AJ's show.....hehehehe:cool:

After reading this thread, I am not sure if I feel any better about either the subject of the OP or the truth movement.

. . . On the other hand, I am really hungry for some brownies or something, ya know?

IIRC his character on "News Radio" was a CTist. Obviously AJ is unable to distinguish between reality and fantasy. As if there was any doubt already.

Now as a proponent of the scientific method, as opposed to the David Ray Griffin method, I am always open to being proven wrong, but I never actually said that every consumer of controlled substances was a conspiracy theorists, just that it was a contributing factor. Between Charlie Sheen, Willie Nelson, and Tommy Chong, I still think it is a strong hypothesis.
