I'd like to say, for the record, that I'm not too worried about Iran and their potential nukes.

I'm trying desperately to figure out how a link to policy statement from the Council is a meaningful answer to the question: "And the relation to the European Convention on Human Rights is... ?". I supose it might make sense if the policy statemnt actually mentioned the convention or at least human rights but it doesn't. Would you care to elaborate or should I just draw the obvious conclusion?

Israel has no means to strike at Iran, especially the deeply buried nuclear sites. Unless, of course, they go nuclear.
