The Unofficial Election 2016 Results Thread PLEASE

I dunno why it would get me banned. I don't think having a racist avatar is against the rules and I am just fulfilling my end of a bet. If they object, they can always remove it.

If I wanted to get banned, I was post some porn or send an abusive PM to an admin or something.

And genocide is wrong.

I should have fixed that myself.
IMHO in a few months they are going to feel very betrayed when the new jobs don't start pouring in.

The crazier thing is:

It was a tear it down vote and it's going to potentially be irreparably torn down. The last 16 years have seen a rapid upshot in the power of the executive branch and that has been handed to a man that can't be trusted with his own twitter account.

If other people are saying it is too harsh, I might change my mind. Though I would accept a less harsh one.

1) I don;t see how protecting whites is any different than protecting blacks. Whites are a minority in the world, and even in California, where Hispanics have beat us out.

2) the saying is true at this point.

Mind if I steal it?

It will be interesting to see if Trump does anything over the next few days to try to reassure Wall Street.

F-Bombs for a start.
If that doesn't work, reminding them he has his finger on the nuclear button will.

And NOT put a brake on it by giving the Congress to the other party.

We have one party-governance formally in the US as of now. And with the way Republicans use any legislative victory to cement power by changing laws to favor them and suppress oppostion it will take a miracle or a bloody revolution to get the peoples' power back.

God help us. World pray for us. This travesty is NOT the will of the people of the US.

It's the people who voted for Trump who will suffer the worst consequences of a Trump presidency, just as it's the people who voted for Brexit who will suffer the worse consequences of that. And both lots of idiots deserve everything they get. The turkeys have voted for Christmas.

I think you might need a little mod involvement. If a newbie comes on here and sees your avatar they might get the wrong idea. Just sayin'

As Reported by John O'Sullivan, they already think it

https://quadrant.org.au/magazine/2016/11/americas-choice
Many of them were sceptical that Trump would do what he promised or succeed even if he tried. But they thought that he was much more likely than any other candidate to try and to succeed. As one voter said: “What’s the worst thing that can happen? He doesn’t do what he says he going to do? I’ve seen that for the last thirty years.”
The issue will be that their situation will more than likely go backwards at an ever-increasing rate, not just mark time for four years.

Exactly.

I can see a YUGE market for bumper stickers that say "Don't blame me! I didn't vote for him!"

This is just nuts. I never imagined Trump actually had a chance. I voted for Johnson as a protest vote , knowing Trump would probably take Texas. This is both scary and exciting at the same time. I had kind of resigned myself to a Clinton Presidency....
