Minorities have been voter roll purged away.

Rigged voting machines have stolen more.

But I knew we were in trouble early this AM when turnout numbers topped 60% (biggest turnout in decades). Even more in trouble when exit polls showed voters want "Strong Leadership" (Trump campaign theme).
 
The volume of the Trump win in OH is scaring me. It may carry to MI and WI.

Ron Johnson holds onto his Senate seat in WI. Damn!
 
I hope that lot of these people happy that the establishment will be burnt down will be among the first fired in the coming recession......

At the same time, I don't much care for Hillary Clinton, for reasons I've expressed repeatedly. While I think she would probably make an OK President, her smug sense of entitlement, and the way she's played fast and loose with legalities for decades made me really not want her to win.

Neither earned my vote.

So I'm conflicted in my feelings right now. And the tequila isn't helping.

AP just called Florida for Donald. Did everyone forget that Georgia exists? Puzzling it hasn't been called yet.

I wouldn't say that. If that were true, and politicians didn't actually keep their promises (research shows they mostly do) then we would certainly be living in an era of rigged government.

And it's already figured into the projections as a Clinton state, so it isn't being counted in Trump's EC votes.

It's 2000 all over again. We need to do away with the EC.

Turnout killed us. We had a neck and neck senator race in EVERY major poll and Blunt is running away with it by 13 points.

The polls also showed us with a very good chance of keeping a Dem governor and he's losing by 15 points.

Ok, I say she wins with just exactly 270. Last ditch effort.

With Trump winning, though, we would have Trump/pence run the country 4 years and in two years the house and Senate would go democrat as there would be no other way to stop them. Final fizzle for GOP with hated president and no congress.

Donald is on path to win Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The blue wall is dead.

We don't have the horror of the Bush Jr. years fresh in everyone's minds, perhaps. People have become complacent over the course of the Obama presidency.
