The Unofficial Election 2016 Results Thread PLEASE

Have Trump supporters really thought this through? Trashing the economy? Empowering Russia in the Middle East? Ripping up treaties and agreements?

You gave power to an ignorant, dangerous, racist and sexist clown

Hang your heads. Fools.

Hahahaa. Shut up.

NYT is swinging fast in Donald's favor. Already up to 83%. I hate to say it but it is looking like it is over unless there is some wrong with their model.

ETA: Up to 87% already.

I actually feel really sorry for you guys.

This entire experience is just FUN. He's a completely amusing guy who says outrageous stuff and to see him overturn the apple cart is a delight.

I wish you could experience it in this way, rather than with horror. I really do.

I second that.

Looking that way, but less than half of Michigan is presently reporting; and a good 1/3 of NC is left to go.

Still, increasingly disturbing results. Crow all around and a goodly dose of danger over the next four years.

Saw this in the New York Times:

Why I Am Voting for Trump

(Just an excerpt)

But, yes, issues. This economy is bumping along the bottom with less than 2 percent annual growth for the past eight years. Mrs. Clinton, like many of my friends, has no idea how important economic growth is to the strength and vitality of our country. Mr. Trump vows to build the Keystone pipeline, curb regulations that strangle businesses and cut taxes to unleash the economy. Mrs. Clinton will do the opposite.

I’m a former elected member of the Hoboken, N.J., school board, and I write about education issues for Forbes.com. The public teachers unions have given Mrs. Clinton huge donations as a way to protect their near monopoly. In return, she has said virtually nothing about K-12 education. Mr. Trump’s comprehensive plan for reallocating federal funds would be a boon to school-choice initiatives.

He wants to put constitutionalists on the Supreme Court; she doesn’t. She will double down on the debacle of Obamacare; he will dismantle it. He wants to rip up trade agreements, and he’s completely wrong on that. But Mrs. Clinton now says she is also opposed to a new trade deal with Asian countries. The Republicans in Congress might be able to bring Mr. Trump around. But Mrs. Clinton will be under intense pressure from the left to remain anti-trade.

Hmm, she's voting for Trump because she thinks he would be better for the economy. She thinks he's wrong about ripping up trade agreements but thinks Republicans in congress can convince him otherwise . . .

Well, if that's the case, there's really nothing you can do. You can tell it's leaning that way since everyone is speaking on miracles for Hillary. It's really not looking good, but you never know.

There's still a long Hail-Mary's chance, I suppose. Very unlikely, though.

Clarify "it" please?

FL or the whole bag?

Silver didn't call anything. ABC asked where his model stood, and Silver replied that the betting markets were favoring Trump at that moment. He didn't say anything about the election, Florida, or elaborate on his model.
