The United States is Not A Democracy

No, because you have already made the claim that the count was not accurate enough to make the determination. Are you withdrawing that claim?

No, but neither do I feel the need to support it in the abstract of evidence supporting a claim to the contrary.
This discussion is off-topic.
On topic: the United States is a democracy (literally "power to the people") by any reasonable use of the term.

"...in the abstract of evidence..."? :D

Evasion noted. I'll have to remember that you are one to make unsupported claims. And when evidence is provided that challenges your beliefs, you run away.

I thought you were claiming you didn't have to present evidence?
I'll keep in mind that you're more interested in scoring points than having meaningful discussions.

I don't have to, but neither am I precluded from looking into it if I am so interested. It took 10 seconds of googling and I was bored. It's still on you to prove your point or not.

Like I said, you're new here. As a skeptic board, we tend to challenge people to back up the claims they make. If you can't support your claim, you either withdraw it or... well, you're not being a skeptic, which would be your prerogative to do so. But don't expect people to take your claims seriously.

Grandstanding noted. I'll pay attention to your substantive posts -- if you ever make one.

I gave you a starting point. You can either show that the FEC's numbers are approximate with a margin of error greater than the margin of difference between the official numbers or you can make personal attacks on me.

Put up or shut up.

A democracy would not accept the input of the supreme court -- in this circumstance -- whose members are hand picked by the president for all practical purposes.

You do realize that standing in the way of the "will of the people" is how the Supreme Court has allowed some pretty progressive changes in the US....right? You do realize that the fact that the Justices are picked by an elected official means they are part of the democratic process....right?
