There's no way I can say this without you taking offense despite the fact that it's a compliment... but you look much older in that photo than a certain other photo you shared some time ago. You look vibrant in this most recent photo but you seemed so young and... perky in the other one. I hope you understand what I'm getting at.

Here's my last word about US, since I was warned
about my post.
I think it's really passive agressive to say "don't take offense, but you look like crap compared to a photo from 3 years ago."
Like I suddenly would realize that I gained 20 lbs?
"Dang! That's why my pants are all camel toes and muffin tops now! Thanks for pointing that out!"
I was brought up to keep quiet when thinking unkind personal appearance comments.
BTW, speaking of personal comments, Claus L. was actually quite charming and a pleasant dinner companion. (despite a tendency to physical violence

Vbloke does, actually, have an amazing collection of disturbing shirts, and he and Delphi are also sweeties.
In fact, I didn't meet anyone at TAM4 who wasn't incredibly nice and charming, and that I wouldn't party with again

its sad that you have to make up for your lack of power in the real world by playing internet badass. maybe if you had actually supported the JREF and gone to TAM4 like the rest of us you would have learned how to act around other human beings.
