But seriously, I'm up for a session. I'm recording my next CD right after TAM, so any excuse to keep my chops up is good. Just please not "Mustang Sally," "Brick House," or anything by Jimmy Buffett. (Too many nights on Bourbon Street...)

I was hoping to get by with just a carry-on bag, but if there would be an amp or PA around, I could conceivably bring a keyboard (especially since my favorite one is small enough to take as a carry-on).

As a listener, I will certainly second all three objections!

The first thing I learned about New Orleans (and it only took about 10 minutes), is that if you want to hear the best music, you have to get off Bourbon Street.

I'm assuming at least one kitten (the one you're legally allowed to date) is working as an intern at the JREF headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale. Is that close enough for you?

Talk of Chakras and healing and Wiccan spells and... well pretty much anything. The ultimate believer. She did them all herself, so she knows they're true!

Another date with a girl prominantly popping Prozac the whole time didn't do much to boost my confidence in the dating pool here in Orlando. Nor did the one with the Furry. Strike 3, Orlando!

Can't wait for Vegas. It'll be such a nice change of pace.

My daughter and ex-wife live in Orlando. Well, actually they live in Oviedo now. I wouldn't wish her on you, even though she's not woo, and my daughter is not quite 15, so I guess she's out too. Good luck.

Ohhhhh, I've seen it! Heck, where I volunteer people like to trade meds! "Try some of these, they really helped with my bi-polar".

"But I suffer from depression..."

"Oh go on, try some, what can happen?"

We had a little talk on WHAT could happen. Didn't help much...

Okay. I exaggerate. But on a first date, it's normally not a good sign when your date takes out a bottle of pills, takes one, says something like "If I don't take these, I go crazy," and then looks at you like she wants to eat your flesh.
