I think you've trained us only too well, Lg. Your philosophy is impervious to rational argument just like 1inChrist's.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen your argument assailed and destroyed only to see you sluff it off as meaninglessness.

Until we know whether 1inC is hurting or merely waiting on the Lord to show us the truth of his revelation we cannot assume, as you do, that he has fallen and cannot get up.

I would tend to take a rather sympathetic view of the guy/girl. He/she was motivated, ostensably, to prevent people from a terrible fate he/she had the misfortune to believe in. His tenacity and annoyingness (amusement factor, according to many) was merely the manifestation of his/her essential misguided altruism.

And since he/she hasn't come back, he/she was true to their word, which is unusual on the internet where such promises are broken with impunity.

Since Osma showed up on video on the exact day ya gotta admit whats the odds and no one saw that coming. If its coincidence its a good one.

I expect he will feel with the video showing up he had heard God just his interpertation was not accurate.

Yea he was over the top but so was everyone here so its equal, such it is to be human. If he comes back I hope calmer heads will prevail with everyone and him. I do however fear another barage of blue letters.

As for if God told him osma would show up lets say. I dont know, maybe, maybe not. Like it was said before it would have to be repeated to know for sure. He does not fit the description of a prophet if one looks in the bible, and I dont just mean right or wrong theres other things to consider.

As for osma it was a political play as there was many theories that he would be captured and wouldnt it be neat just before the election.

So the way I figure it was osma knowing that, used the opportunity to mess with everyones mind and put out the tape on the day that was favored for him to be captured. Psyche-Ops if you will, messing with the ememies mind.

No one here on the boards saw that coming that osma would be on tape it was a surprise, we were thinking captured.

He stole our joke and took it seriously! This is so funny it's wrong, in a Jack T. Chick kind of way.

Anyway, irony would only count if he hadn't implied differently, which he had, and if he hadn't claimed to KNOW what the prophecy meant as well as he claimed to KNOW what the Bible meant. Maybe the whole Bible's just yanking your chain like that God fellow, eh 1inC?

OBL was free to make the tape and free to speak his mind. I think 1inC is interpreting events a little too freely.
