The persecution of Dinesh D'Souza

So, he got caught breaking a law and his buddies in the Senate are colluding in an effort to prevent his prosecution?

That's what it looks like to me, at least.

Perhaps they should also be running an investigation on those four Senators for trying to use their influence to interfere in a prosecution.
 
Isn't there a 50/50 chance that any one target of these types of reviews is "against" the President?

I'd like to hear an objective voice, not suffering from CIVD (Conservative Imagined Victimization Disorder), offer some evidence demonstrating bias.

"I betcha" isn't gonna cut it.

Good thing for this guy that he lives in a country in which he can defend himself against any and all criminal charges in a court of law.

You'd normally figure that being a communist, a muslim, and a Malthusian would be pairwise contradictory or something like that; apparently Obama is not aware of the problem.

Basic reality, when all else fails them, democrats try to prosecute opposing key players and leaders on trumped up BS which often amounts to being charged with being a Republican, e.g. the case with Tom Delay which just recently unraveled. The good news is that there now are at least four US senators who understand the problem.

You're speaking in generalities. Are the D'Souza charges trumped up BS? Or did he really use a bunch of cut-outs to make in-kind contributions to a political campaign and thus circumvent to contribution limit? Is that a criminal act, as defined in the statute?
