What looks complex to you may not look complex to others.

There is some truth in that - but not what you think. Complexity is not as simple (ha!) a topic as you appear to believe. There are different types of complexity. Fr example, in Kolmogorov Complexity (stochastic complexity), a random string of text is more complex than a non-random string of text of the same length.
