The discussions we have been having on the Big Foot threads made me think about this topic and I just thought I would bring it up ?
From what I have read and it isnt alot..Allegedly somewhere on the island of Sumatra (apparently in or near a National Forest) in Indonesia there is an un- documented bipedal species of primate that is called Orang Pendek (or "small man") that stands between 30 and 60 inches tall.

Like BF this subject is full of tribal or native lore yet supposedly there are (unlike BF) sightings by early explorers and perhaps a bit more "evidence" of its existence .
Anyone want to take on this topic and do some exploration ?
