Meh... Alex always was such a piker.
One of the sprogs (Eric?) pled ~500 times in a 6 hour sit-down.
To be fair, before an audit... I'd knock at least a quarter of them off knowing some would be smart Johnny (like half the press pool) tried most questions six ways from Sunday.
But it might have set a speed record. [emoji15]
Still... I don't think he was being very communicative. [emoji3]

He has been in depositions and court so much over the past few years. It's got to feel like a job to him: family court, Sandy Hook in two states, now J6, Owen Shroyer and misc. lawsuits nonsense...

Alex Emerick Jones. I don't know where you heard that. He claims to be partially descended from 2 different people on the Mayflower, so that's a long line of Joneses. His dad is also named Jones and has a dental practice in Texas.

Just a sec... *grabs calculator*

6 x 60 minutes = 360 minutes = 21,600 seconds, and 500 x 5th pleas. So that's...*click click*...one every 43 seconds on average, not counting meals and potty breaks. Guy must have been spouting them non-stop. Or he's just exaggerating and sucking up to his dad, and has actually blabbed his guts out accidentally.
 
To be fair, Jones looks like he's on the brink of catastrophic heart attack or stroke all of the time. The man is beet red.

Can't imagine a deposition is any more stressful than the usual rage-outs he has on his program though. It's going to be hard to claim he's too ill to sit for a deposition and also continue doing his hours long show every day.

Lesser "crisis actor" defamation case is settled with AJ essentially admitting fault. If I were that complainant I would try to get that payment as quickly as possible, doubt there's going to be much left after the Sandy Hook lawsuit is done with him.
