Not another Childlike Empress.

edit: If "they" are in control, and have been for so long, what do you propose we do about it?

Well, African-Americans are lucky you weren't around 200 years ago with the attitude "I'm so lucky to get three meals a day and a roof over my head, and all I have to do is work all day, its great I get lots of fresh air and exercise" or else they might not have obtained their rightful freedom.

Unfortunately, your attitude is contributing to my slavery to the dollar in the 21st century. Why do you think everyones life revolves around money? It's not supposed to be that way.

When do we get your film on why we do not have to pay taxes, and did you know you are being controlled by really dumb guys who tell you to watch these idiot videos?

Why are under educated people so gullible?

What slavery are you talking about? Who's forcing you to do anything?

And I want ten minutes back for following that weblink please

In your own words, what do you suggest we do about it?

Theres a lot we can do about it and its starts with recognizing whats going on around us. I can't understand people who are happy that if they work hard they will be out of debt in 10, 20, or 30 years--what kind of life is that? You went to school, you work hard, and you are handing over your money to banks who offer no goods or services other than holding onto your hard earned money.

Money was never supposed to define or enslave humanity.

people arent born into debt though, you choose to take loans

ive always felt if there is in fact a secret society controlling the wolrds monetary systems they sure picked a piss poor way of doing it, how are they in charge when every individual has control over his or her own finances?

a much better system would be a socialist structure, you work in the rothchilds factories, and in return the rothchilds give you a home, a car, furnishings and food every week, the value of which is significantly less than the value of the work they put in at the factory

think about it, i go to work, they give me a paycheck, i take it to my bank and cash it, then i take my cash to the store and choose what i want to buy with it, then i go home and choose what i want to do with what i bought, where are the rothchilds controlling anything?

I don't have all the answers but heres a start:

1. acknowledge the problem (take an honest look at your life)
2. educate others around you (via emails, videos, word of mouth)
3. learn how to think critically (teach critical thought/reading in K-12)
4. gaining an awareness of our world, including an empowering historical perspective
5. learning the skills of community organization
6. developing group decision-making skills

If you want to get specifics on policy heres some ideas:
1. return the power of printing currency to the government
2. sharply decrease the power/scope of the government via the repeal of income tax
3. criminal/civil charges on proponents of greed, poverty, and malice
4. reduce the centralization of wealth

You don't have to go into debt in the first place, and who said you had to put your money in a bank?

"ive always felt if there is in fact a secret society controlling the wolrds monetary systems they sure picked a piss poor way of doing it, how are they in charge when every individual has control over his or her own finances?"

Control? You mean the "choice" between rent or buy? If you rent your throwing your money down the drain and if you buy you are going into debt for 20-30 years on average.

shouldnt you learn to think critically before you take a look at your life and then profess to educate others?

3. learn how to think critically

Do that one first, and see how it goes.

edit: Damn, Default beat me to it!

do not use credit cards (for loans)

drink water, save your money, invest, buy low/sell high, SAVE your money, did I say save your money

so what would change if we oust the controllers? will houses suddenly become free? or will my checkecking account balance go to 70,000+ dollars?

"shouldnt you learn to think critically before you take a look at your life and then profess to educate others?"

Where have I shown the the inability to think critically? Is it because my perspective is different than yours?

your own list:

1. acknowledge the problem (take an honest look at your life)
2. educate others around you (via emails, videos, word of mouth)

you put learning to think critically 3rd behind looking at your life (which i would assume youd want to think critically about) and educating others

Nothing will change until we change ourselves, but ousting them is necessary once that occurs.

"The American system is the most ingenious system of control in world history. With a country so rich in natural resources, talent, and labor power the system can afford to distribute just enough to just enough people to limit discontent to a troublesome minority. It is a country so powerful, so big, so pleasing to so many of its citizens that it can afford to give freedom of dissent to the small number who are not pleased. How wise to turn the fear and anger of the majority toward a class of criminals bred - by economic inequity - faster than they can be put away, deflecting attention from the huge thefts of national resources carried out within the law by men in executive offices."

-Howard Zinn

The other options are?
