There has been stronger and stronger evidence that her day-to-day thinking is no longer joining up coherently. It's paranoid, and it's schizophrenic. Hearing her talk about obeying the Constitution after her appalling behavior surrounding Jan 6th is disgusting.

She also has a poor understanding of foreign aid. She must have gone to Rump's school of how the world works.

Well, the thing about the Constitution is that you only have to pay attention to the parts of it that you like, and you can ignore the rest. It's like the Bible that way.
