I've been on crowded NYC subways. If she (or anyone) had "unloaded a clip" at someone, there would be a dozen more dead and injured people for sure. Probably far more casualties than caused by the original assailant.

I think she’d be lucky not to shot herself.

Basic problem being: How does the armed vigilante really know who is the bad guy? If everybody has guns, it's a big shoot-out. How do you know who are the bad guys?

In contrast, with gun regulations (severe ones), only criminals have guns, so the one with the gun is the criminal. (In fact even criminals will rarely be packing, as this alone will give them away.)

The criminals will be the ones who are members of some minority.;)

You'd be amazed at how common the "I can just tell who's a bad guy" mentality is among the Proudly Wrong.

Ever since this conversation started, I keep picturing the subway scene from Predator 2. Released in 1990 and depicting the future year of 1997, when everyone carries guns.

 
I wonder where Greene stood on Trump's gun grab? Probably ok with it because it was Trump doing it.

Now emptyg is blaming Biden and the FBI. For the Brooklyn subway shooting. The Tweet below was in answer to John Cardillo of the Rebel News Network who wondered, "with thousands of cameras deployed," how come no one can track this guy? {These 'tweets' were posted yesterday, obviously before James was arrested.

What can you expect from someone who can't even grasp the very basic difference between a plural and a possessive?

Trying to stop untraceable ghost guns is 'gun control'? It's just plain common sense...oh, wait....sorry. Silly me.

If EmptyG can't even understand the difference between a simple plural and a possessive, proper comma usage is way over her head.
