I believe Bell was actually banned on the old forum before he made a post. That's what you're shooting for. I think we all aspire to that.

I can't beat that, my tenure lasted a grand total of three posts over like 8 hours, or something similiar. Apparently I was debating where I shouldn't have been. Since Avery rebooted the forum, my account's long gone. (Good riddance personally)

Yeah, I've been in and out since I joined. I got banned from Loose Change back in October, and so I came here. (They're right, LC is the best advertizer for JREF.) I thought it was high time I start posting though, reading the threads here is great, but being an active participant is better. Besides, it's so hard to find a good group of critical thinkers on the Internet in one spot that outweigh the rest of the fallacious lot.

I know I'm going a bit off topic here, but 15 years for killing 246 people? Seriously, that's a pretty weak 'maximum sentence' - it averages out to about 20 days per person, and that's not counting the charges for the people in the buildings.

Also, back on the topic of Dylan's "humiliation" of Gravy, I think it's hilarious how all the CTs are rabidly jumping on Gravy's "mistake".

Thanks Oliver, I'm honored. It's good there are badges to show that the person has endured conditions similar to a person attempting to win a headbutting match with a bullet train at full speed.

For some reason, I decided to set up a new account and go around debating the nutters just to prove them wrong.

And, from the forum:

Quest, does it really help our movement when you threaten to ban those who disagree with us at every juncture? It kind of makes us look bad. It's not like those who already know the truth can't see through this guys lies anyway.

Finally someone sees that the mods of the LC forum are doing far more damage than they are repairing.

Though, noone seemed to have any qualms about the banning of numerous other OTs....

Well I got banned there after a mere 4 days of posting (is that a new record?).

When I sent Dylan an email asking why I got banned all I got back from him was "you know why". I guess if I knew why I wouldnt have asked???

However it appears I upset a few people by questioning their logic, beliefs, reasoning etc and also dearing to challenge the notion that the Joooooooos are the cause of all evil!

Then again, on the upside after Mr Avery accused me of being a JREF stooge that I found this forum...which until that time I didnt even know the JREF forums existed!

I guess one thing they can't allow is alliances forming between "skeptics". I wasn't used to living in a police state, and having posted somewhat extensively, I was starting to think that their banning practices had ceased. Not!

Wilma....my condolences. I was enjoying your posts, and can't imagine someone disagreeing being more polite and under control. You were already a member here, but I wonder...is the community at large @ LC forums aware of this thread? Has it been referenced? If not, should it be?

Shortly after PDoherty had his "epiphany", he was banned at the LC Forum.

When he reappeared here as Rebel, my late alter-ego Wilma opened a thread at LC Forum asking if he would be unbanned.
That totally innocent thread was deleted from the forum. I have saved a copy of it here, there was nothing to it.

When I complained about the deletion of the thread, I was lectured by none other than Rei Murasame. Here is how she lectured me:

Oh, so now you want to play the "We're censoring dissent" card, and using a really pathetic thread to back it up with. Are you aware that many of Pdoherty's topics, and Pdoherty-related topics here were deleted because of comments from him like:

1. Him saying that women are not useful here, and are only good to look at?
2. His open discrimination against asian women?
3. His claim that women have low IQs?
4. His belligerent and counterproductive attitude and offensive behaviour?

To ban him and remove threads about him after enduring that for 3 months is NOT Orwellian or 'sad', it's called a lot of PATIENCE.

Can we at least try to be honest here? Probably not, which means I'll have to keep setting the record straight over and over again.

Shall we go another round?

Of course, I couldn't engage in another round because I was banned.

Funny thing, though, is that PDoherty has been unbanned at the LC Forum !

Maybe Rei Murasame will now protest the readmission of this mean sexist to their forum?
