The Know Rogan Experience

Rogan is monumentally ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ dumb. Seriously, a bag of hammers could convince him that the moon is a cube and also a hologram and also the devil and that the only solution is to give all of his banking details to the bag of hammers.

Also, the bag of hammers have a cartoonishly obvious Russian accent that Joe, being the stoned moron that he is, missed.

That this moron is popular, and taken into account by people doing actual governance is sad. I don't mean sad in a pejorative sense, I mean it saddens me when people go for the easiest and worst option.

elephant graveyard did an interesting take on rogan, the rogansphere, and even a little beyond that. worth a watch if you’re familiar with rogan, podcasting, and comedy.

you'll have to forgive the fact that i'm posting a 2lazy2try video, but that's the kind of people that cover rogan as his podcast content isn't exactly the domain of the mainstream media. in any case, as everyone looks to famous conspiracy theorist adjacent podcaster joe rogan for his take on the government coverup of the epstein files, he has no interest and is basically running interference for his epstein buddies. he has an elon musk guy on saying look, these are just some middle aged rich guys partying with some young barely legal types, and nothing more and there's nothing wrong with that. probably has nothing to do with him being under the payroll of epstein alum thiel and having half of the federal government on his podcast giving softball interviews and musk and the like.

I'm going to have to push back on that. With 20 million subscribers and 6.1 billion views, his podcast is mainstream media.

i agree with that, but what i mean to say is we can call it legacy media doesn’t really cover its content except in rare circumstances

rogan kind of pushing back on trump and the sycophants he keeps inviting on his show. he’s even been talking about epstein a little tiny bit

and here’s a bonus 2lazy2try on alex jones repeatedly and unable to stop talking about rogan’s vagina on tim poole

Without watching the video, is this about the "gestapo" quote? Because Marsh and Cecil have very definitively dealt with that particular issue.

the alex jones crashout was he's mad about joe rogan saying it's scary to do a ufc show at the white house during the war with iran. but he's been mad at rogan since rogan ditched him a while back for peter thiel and the trump admin

grapevine says Bari Weiss is going to offer the host position of 60 Minutes to Joe Rogan to keep in touch with the MAGA crowd and slow the haemorrhaging of viewers from the network.

Meanwhile it'll hemorrhage every single intelligent person that ever watched 60 minutes.

Marsh and Cecil do have quite a handle on what a guest can do to make sure Joe agrees with them.

They certainly do. And their delivery is light and quick-paced, which makes for digestible and entertaining listening.

Broadcast TV wishes it had the impact and distribution of YouTube.

And YouTube is incubating a new crop of quite capable and talented Millennial and Zillennial investigative reporters in the leftist and center-left spaces.

I listened to the episode with UFO abduction believer Michael P. Masters, and one thing stood out.

They spent the Undercard section of the show going through the story of how Masters came to believe that there were aliens beaming information into his brain, and it struck me that he was describing a psychotic episode. It had all the hallmarks of schizophrenia - the interpretation of hallucinations are real, the attribution of external agency, even the way he described the other people around him.

I am not a mental health professional, and neither are Marsh or Cecil, and it would be inappropriate for anybody to remotely diagnose anyone with a mental illness based on one interview, but I think this may genuinely be a serious explanation for Masters' beliefs.

I was shocked to hear that Cecil Cicirello didn't know how to correctly pronounce "Tallarico." I might expect that of a Brit like Marsh, but not an Italian-American.
