I.e. "Tough [solid body waste], follow the law."

That's a crock, especially if she keeps suggesting/supporting laws which cause businesses to be undercapitalized.

What an ignorant, business/entrepreneur-hostile comment to make. I hope she gets crushed mercilessly.

Hey Mr. Neighborhood Lawn-Mowing Service Guy, I just got a law passed that requires you to use only the latest in hybrid lawnmower technology which will cost you thousands of extra dollars.

What, you mean you've built your business on a foundation of having extremely low operating expenses and so this law will crush you? Too bad sucker, guess WalMart's new "Grass Squad" will be doing the local lawns from now on.
