...this is a time for prudence, which demands the prevention of a Trump presidency.

Were he to be nominated, conservatives would have two tasks. One would be to help him lose 50 states — condign punishment for his comprehensive disdain for conservative essentials, including the manners and grace that should lubricate the nation’s civic life.

Yesterday, David A Graham of The Atlantic updated his cheat sheet on Where Republicans Stand on Donald Trump. It's more complete than the list in the OP, lists Republicans who have endorsed as well as those who have not, and offers a few words about each.

Even before the rise of the Trumpster Fire, the Governator was unnaturally moderate by Republican standards and by the end of his term in office it seemed like he just didn't give a **** anymore.

The comment I saw was something like, sure, it was ok when it was Muslims, Mexicans and black people, but when you start insulting white women, you've gone too far!
