Ah, yes, "strayen" is no doubt the pronunciation in the southern part of the country, where they have a little bit of a drawl.

Ehocking, Arthwollipot you seem to be upset with the word "Abbo" Let me try to explain again Abbo is short for Aborigine, The definition of aborigine is one who can trace family back five generations on the same area, black or white colour doesn't matter or are you racist? As for being dobbers if you lived in the west a awful bashing awaits you, black or white. Odd isn't it that standard very from place to place.

Everyone, please remember that hate speech or considered racist slurs are only considered actionable against the MA if directed against a member. Now, I am not saying that 'abbo' is indeed a racist slur - that's fodder for a new thread to stop the current derail of this one.
Having said that, Old Bob, when several people have indicated their discomfort with the term, it would be good manners to use a more acceptable point until you are able to prove your case in a separate dedicated thread.
Please, don't personalise the thread, and stop the derail - get back to topic. Please do not use the report feature to report instances like this, unless they are personally directed against a specific member.
Any further discussion of the word 'abbo' should be done in a new thread. Any issues with this mod box should be taken to Forum Mgt.
