Any administration that indisputably and admittedly traded arms for hostages to finance an illegal war is capable of anything.
That's the problem with having figure-head puppet presidents. Someone else that we didn't elect is running the show.

Maybe you and Malachi will prove that the CIA and FBI were really behind JFK’s assassination.
Or that we really didn’t go to the moon you could both be the greatest conspiracy solving crime-fighting team in history!

Funny you should mention that:

Another even more disturbing plan that was developed by American military officials was that of a staged Cuban terrorism campaign to be played out in the United States. It was planned though not to just be “staged” but to actually be carried out under the supervision of the United Stated military.

The plan was code named Operation Northwoods. The plan was approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and other top military officials, however the plan was rejected by President Kennedy and civilian leadership.

A large number of different options were put forward as actions that could be taken to incite war with Cuba. These plans included ways to get UN support for the war as well as plans for how to get British support for a joint invasion of Cuba by attacking British territories and framing Cuba.

Operation Northwoods called for a variety of activities to take place in order to get American and international support for a Cuban invasion. These activities included the shooting of innocent Americans on the streets, the sinking of boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba, the hijacking of planes, waves of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington D.C., Miami and elsewhere, and framing people for bombings they did not commit.
The plan states:

"We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.”

"The terror campaign could be pointed at Cuban refugees seeking haven in the United States. We could sink a boatload of Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated). . . We could foster attempts on lives of Cuban refugees in the United States even to the extent of wounding in instances to be widely publicized."

A variety of contingency plans were developed so that Communists could be framed for any American disaster. One of these contingency plans involved John Glenn’s launch into space on February 20th 1962. The plan was that if anything bad did happen and the launch or any part of the flight was a failure that evidence would be manufactured to point to Communist interference as the cause of the problem.

Of course there are definitely implications here that apply to the assassination of President Kennedy. It is well documented that there was an extreme right-wing movement in segments of the US military during the Kennedy presidency. There was growing distrust between top military officials and civilian leadership. Members of the military were encouraged to vote Republican by their superiors and "education programs" were being used in the military that the Senate Foreign Relations Committee found to be of "considerable danger".

There were definitely plans in place to frame communists in the event of serious American tragedies, the question is whether the Kennedy assassination was carried out by American agents as a part of this plan or another plan and, even if the assassination was not carried out by American officials, was this plan put into play after the assassination happened to frame Lee Harvey Oswald, a reported communist?

Was Kennedy a victim of the very plan that he refused to support?
It is clear that elements of the plan included paying communist individuals or groups to take terrorist action in the United States. The Northwoods Plan was in fact uncovered when public access was granted to government records on the Kennedy assassination.

So, yes, the CIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff were likely behind the JFK assassination.
