Terrorist threat in Boston???

Jocko said:
I have it on good authority that the threat turned out to be nothing more than Timmy assualting a Shakey's Buffet. The dirty bomb story came out his visit to the men's room afterward.

I have you kno that I am going into the city tomorrow. Looks like its up to me to save the day!

Good thing I watched all those Die Hard movies.

Well, aren't you glad you opted for the in-dash geiger counter when you bought that SUV? And to think they all laughed...

Remember, if you come across anyone with a sinister German accent: shoot first and ask questions later.

from the Associated Press:

BOSTON -- The FBI said Sunday a Chinese suspect wanted for questioning in an alleged terror plot against the city of Boston has been in custody for [2+]months.

The agency also said there is no evidence the woman, named Mei Xia Dong, or any of the other 15 people being sought in the case, had terrorist connections.

The FBI posted the announcement on its Web site Saturday, saying the woman has been at a federal detention facility since November.

Investigators said she paid a human smuggler to gain entry to the United States, and came to this country only for economic reasons.

The match was made after the woman's name surfaced last week as part of an anonymous tip about a possible plot involving a "dirty bomb".

Authorities said they intend to keep looking for 12 other Chinese suspects, two unnamed Iraqis and one Hispanic man who may have been part of the same group.
