ten foot tall sasquatch

Another point, we see all kinds of bigfoot hunting expiditions. Yet, none of them have ever said " listen, we need to put this to rest, we see it, we shoot it and bring it back. ". Sure there might only be a few, but in the same sense, to sacrifice one to bring knowledge of this apperantly unknown species seems the only way to solve the debate at this point.

This is a problem i find with all forms of woo. If there are things out there messing with people, where are the people that want to stop it? ( think of the guys from supernatural. ) I see a lot of people wanting to see it, but when one thinks of the track record of ghosts, cryptids, aliens, etc. Why is there not one group of people out there who decide " enough" and go on the offensive.

A common rebuttal is " how would they?" and i answer this in a couple of ways. In the case of cryptids like the chupacabra, that is commonly said to harm people/animals. Lots of guns and people who know how to use them seem sufficiant. For ghosts, for example either A) there is enough knowledge to combat them on a metaphysical level. Or B) buy and burn the house/the trinket, etc.

We are supposedly unable to shoot one because it looks too human.

I won't mention the number of actual humans shot in the woods each year...

Why do so many bigfoot advocates also seem to have strong religious underpinnings?

...more and more I'm noticing a correlation between belief in bigfoot and belief in God of the Bible.

That isn't a double helix hanging from Dr. Melba Ketchum's neck.

Washington Sasquatch Research Team thinks they may have a twelve foot tall Bigfoot roaming around their parts. They claim to have found a track measuring 21" x 10".

What is fascinating to me is that this group of Bigfooters is not willing to look at each other and say "no... we are collectively rejecting the idea of a 12 foot Bigfoot walking around here... something is wrong... this cannot be"

Twelve foot tall Bigfoot, or even taller? Feet that are 21" long, or even longer? No problem. It doesn't need to be a hoax or a mistake. Loren Coleman has a new book called True Giants that explains.

Bigfoot researchers have long been mystified, even embarrassed, by reports of giant hairy apes larger than Bigfoot, and as a result eyewitness reports of what (Mark A.) Hall and (Loren) Coleman call True Giants have never been fully considered in the broader zoological context. Reviewing the evidence found in traditions and footprints, folklore and sightings, the authors of this groundbreaking volume present for the first time in one place the wide-ranging argument for the possible survival of a giant species of primate that we know lived on Earth for millions of years...

Travel with Mark Hall and Loren Coleman to the continents of the world to find the answers to an enduring mystery. Learn more about why humans tried to kill all the Giants…and yet the True Giants survive, yet today…soon.

Really tall in Oklahoma...

Biggjimm said:
Seems like we got some big ones in OK:

The average height on these guys in OK seems to be about 7-8 foot, but there seem to be some big ones running around too that are really big.

Down along the red river there was a report of an 11 footer that left tracks almost 2 foot (22 inches).

The Big Guy here at Criner is between 9-10 ft

The original Criner creature tracks that popped up between 1950s-1970s would have been from an 11-12 footer

Of coarse there is Gigantor. his tracks would put him at 13 ft.

We cast one at Briar Hell sunday that measured just over 20 inches, so about a 10 footer.

There are some reports of another super giant down in the Kiamichis.

It makes you wonder if these guys may have a common relation, maybe a while back one from up North got into the mix.

Check out Criner, OK on Google Maps, satellite view. There, just beyond the OKC Metro area, in the open rangeland, apparently roam bigfoots at least 10 feet tall.
Yep, they sure do. And whatta you gonna do about it, Mr. B. S. Incredulous? Why is a 10 foot Bigfoot so hard to wrap your mind around? Cripes, you'd think they were tellin' ya there were 13 footers around too. Sheesh!

No, wait...

So anyway, in all seriousness, the key to this is the "Oklahoma" part.

So anyway, in all seriousness, the key to this is the "Oklahoma" part.

Even more so, it's the "this part of Oklahoma" part. The eastern edge of the state is actually forested and mountainous. You can almost forgive people for spreading bigfoot stories in eastern Oklahoma, because a lot of the terrain (e.g., Ouachita National Forest) at least looks bigfooty. But this whole "prairie bigfoot" thing is just utter nonsense. Criner is a crossroads of pastures with shoelace ribbons of riparian forest along the creeks, and anyone can see this for themselves on their desktops.

The claim that bigfoots decompose in the PNW, does not apply to OK & KS. These are fossil hotbeds, where you can go find fossils at the nearest muddy river bend. Also, burying their dead does not apply here either, can you imagine the size of the hole they'd have to dig for a 10 footer? not to mention what three ten footers would look like in a farm field, digging a hole the size of a pickup truck.

Well, these questions are why people like Munns are "mystified" by bigfoot.

Given all these points fatal to its existence - it exists nevertheless.
