Intuition and telepathy are two different words for a good reason. It was naughty of you to conflate their meanings. That is all. Carry on.

Several people in this thread have expressed interest in exactly such a convincement. Loss Leader explicitly agreed to carry out such a convincement whenever you want. The only person here who doesn't want to be convinced is you.

You just want to get credit for believing it, without having to actually prove it exists.

I'm pretty disappointed with you, KotA. By backing out of a test of psychic powers, you tacitly admitted that you would not help in developing reliable evidence that such things exist. And yet you seem to be feasting on a cake you also possess. There is no reason to hold ourselves open to the wonderful and/or terrible possibilities of ESP because there is no evidence they are real. It would be cool if we could perfect transwarp beaming, or hang out with Buffiy, the Vampire Slayer. Bu however nifty that would be, it still doesn't count as evidence.*



*Obviously, transporter technology exists but it's just ridiculous to think it could be done while at warp.

Michel H does. He even does experiments to try to prove people can hear his thoughts, though they're utterly useless ones. Do you know why? Have you followed his threads?

You'll get no argument here. We've all seen the evidence for that.

We've not seen any convincing evidence of telepathy, though (and yes, we have looked, by the sound of it a lot more carefully than you have). If you really have come across some convincing evidence by all means share it. If you don't we will just assume that you have been taken in by the frauds and fools whose "evidence" we have already examined and found wanting.

If telepathy was real, it would be something that was widely known, and could be shown to be objectively true. As it happens, nobody has been able to demonstrate it, and the few well-designed scientific tests that have shown just the tiniest possibility of telepathy, indicate that if it telepathy existed, it would be nowhere near the reliability that could make it useful for anybody.

I do not think that you would get an argument here with this. But if intuition had been based on telepathy, it would probably be much more reliable than what we actually see.
