Technical glitch with forum?

Anyone been seeing this a lot recently?

Yes, me too.
Usually works OK after a minute or two.

It's been on & off for at least 6 months. Jeff says something about the database being too full. Sometimes you can hit BACK and click again, other times the forum bogs down for days at a time. Reliability of service is measure in "nines", e.g. "5 nines" means a web service would be up 0.99999 of the time. I figure the JREF forum for this year will be luck if it breaks 2 nines.
