Well if this automatically make someone not rational - what would we say about people that voted guy with absolutely no expierience to most important job in the world?
The people who voted for the Shrub proved that they had a serious mental or moral flaw.

You know after all the scolding I have been giving right wingers for referring to the president as Obaby, your childish post puts us back at square one. He was the president - don't call him Shrub if you expected to be treated as an adult.

He was still a useless drongo. I see no reason to treat him as I would a man.

No offense, but Molly Ivins called him that and she was quite an adult - and a very bright one indeed. He was president through fraud and stupidity not by a free and fair election. He was and is shrub.

People that voted for Bush and people that voted for Obama are equally naive.

How so? Please explain this. I voted for Obama and he's done pretty much what I thought he would do.

With means what he did? You voted for Obama because you had enough of what Bush and republicans did (fair enough). But Obama does pretty much the same things and you support him, why?

@bikerdruid - its like in south park - choice beetween douche and a turd.
Both parties nominated crappy candidates.

From the link in the OP:

This is not bullying. It is peer pressure and is healthy. There are many bad behaviors such as smoking, under age drinking and drug abuse that are behaviors that cannot be condoned. Homosexuality falls into this category. Homosexuality is simply bad behavior that youth see as such and rightly pressure their peers to stop it. In Sarasota County over 70% of all HIV/AIDS cases are due to male sex with males.

I agree with Gulf Coast Gives that "LGBT youth are up to five times more likely to attempt suicide than their straight counterparts". Homosexuality, like drugs, harms young people if they experement [sic] with it. That is the greatest tragedy.
Why do so many people need other people to hate?

Drug addicts should be pitied sure, but they should also be helped, like any other sick person out there.

I have more than a few friends with bad habits, and I'd like to see them get well with the help they need, rather than shaming and moral sophistry.

These people think they're so awesome and upright. The "greatest tragedy" isn't drug use, or being gay, it's that people who are gay, drug addicts or both are hated by people who excuse themselves and others with bromides like "Hate the sin, not the sinner".

Ya well, I hate you right back.... haha

He may have been your president, but he wasn't mine.

(and I live in the US - I simply refuse to regard the unspeakably unworthy as leaders)

OTOH, constitutionally we were stuck with him. I objected to foreigners mocking him because, like him or not, he was ours and I tried not to mock foreign heads of state. As for us, we had the right to make fun of him as much as we wanted. It's in the Constitution. ;)

Actually I expected Obama to not be that much different from Bush. And I was fine with that because I was supportive of an awful lot of things that Bush did. I think the only things I really disagreed with him on was Stem cell research and the lack of proper financial regulation. And I couldn't heap all the blame for the latter on to him anyways. Now if he had actually gone after a gay marriage ban amendment or something like that then I would have had substantially more to disagree with him on.

Gee, you think that it might be possible that the dramatic rise in suicide rate could possible have something to do with how they are treated by others, such as bullying?
